What documents should I provide ?

On the general meeting new owner/owners and executive/executives should present it´s passport.

New executive of company should have registered temporary address in Czech republic, this is not mandatory for

EU citizens.

If you have your own registered office in Czech republic, you have to provide agreement from the property owner

and listing from property register. Otherwise we will provide you registered office.

When can I start doing business with new company ?

Since the general meeting you are eligible to act on behalf of your new company.
